When you think about your web
presence, do you have a good
web capture system? Great, I’m glad to hear that, but who
is monitoring those
leads? I often hear agents tell me they are getting 10-15 leads a day,
when you ask them how many they talked to, they say one, maybe two.
Now, I’m getting 30-40 leads a
day and I can tell you either
me or someone from my team is on the phone with them within 10 minutes
they sign up between 9pm and 7am, then we call them the next day.
But, having leads means nothing
if you don’t know what to do
or how to handle those leads once you have them captured
in your web. How do
you handle your leads? Do you have someone dedicated to calling those
once they have signed up on your site?
