In our area RE market is very stable too. I'd say, prices go up little by little.

If our markets stay basically the same, that's ok. Our market in south Florida, I believe, is similar to yours. It's better than going down.
Hi Bob& Caroline--My teenager just asked me if the market has changed because things are starting to pick up in my business. Even with a teenager, I qualify my answer....things are better right now but not perfect. Homes are selling if priced right...sellers need to be ready to negotiate. If a home is not priced to sell, it won't. But things are a bit better but as in AZ consistant is a good word to describe the last year.

I think most areas have been pretty stable this past year, and I certainly hope the world stays stable enough for us to start a good recovery....
Our market in Northern Nevada has been fairly the same as well. Lots of activity and little fluctuation. Some segments have dipped but most of the market has been constant.
