When they see you meet all of the requirements, your application will be passed on to the Board. You will then be contacted for a personal interview. Do not worry. Jackie, I'm not aware of any co-ops in my neck of the woods...I do know of some in Chicago.  I think they're a great alternative to condos and these sound very affordable.
