Two houses right across the street from each other can be strikingly different.
I held an open house last Sunday across the street from another house in Fremont that was being held open by another real estate company. Despite the proximity of the two houses in a very desirable part of Fremont, Ca., they could not be more unlike each other.
I held open a home built in 1978. Inside of this single story Fremont house, are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in 2,977 sq. ft.
