Williamson county is also horse country and a large percentage of luxury homes in Williamson county have horses on the property. It's really cool.

Williamson County home sales sound like they are having a good recovery in August 2011, compared to August 2010.

I noticed that some of your listings in Franklin say they have full baths and a part bath. What exactly is a part bath? Is that like a 1/4 bath or a 1/2 bath? Do you have 3/4 baths? We don't have 3/4 baths in California, but a home with a shower in Minnesota (no tub) -- that bath would be a 3/4.

Elizabeth - in our MLS system, if it has a toilet and a sink, but not a tub, it's a half bath.
