FREE Facebook Advertising?! Create Your Ad Now!

Services for Real Estate Pros with RealSupport Inc.

It seems like things are rarely free, especially in the world of marketing, but Facebook is going recession friendly for small business owners and has an offer you won’t be able to refuse!  A FREE Ad on Facebook!

As we all know, Facebook has become an key player in connecting with your real estate clients as well as developing new leads.  With over 800 million users, it’s easy to see that this social media site is truly meeting your clients and potential clients right where they’re at.  So what’s with the generous offer from Facebook?

"Our goal is to give small businesses a boost by helping them find customers the best way possible -- through recommendations from friends," Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook’s chief operating officer, said in the release announcing the initiative.  It appears that Facebook is just being nice!  (We knew we liked them!)

They’re also attempting to generate educational resources for local businesses through webinars, case studies and tips for boosting marketing efforts, and are coordinating with the National Federation of Independent Business and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to do so!  Beginning in January 2012, Facebook will be giving away $10 million in advertising to 200,000 small businesses, which translates into $50 worth of credits towards a Facebook ad.

As of right now, the 411 is that those business owners who are interested in getting this $50 credit will first need to take out an ad on Facebook.  When selecting the pay-per-click ad, you can choose to set your rate of pay per click whether that’s .5 to .25., and this is where Facebook steps in.  They’ll give you your first $50 worth of clicks for free!  You’ll want to know that this offer is only available to the first 200,000 businesses and is sure to go fast!  Read more about this promotion in the Wall Street Journal

So, what can you do to cash in on this deal?  Be prepared!  If you’re hoping to be one of the 200,000 lucky business owners, you’ll want to have your custom Facebook ad created and ready to roll out come the first of the year!

As Real Estate Virtual Assistants, we’ve created many Facebook ads for our clients and would love the opportunity to create your eye-catching ad that targets your audience!  We can take your ideas, develop your custom Facebook ad, and implement it for you!  Check out a few of our examples!

With the busy holiday season just around the corner, now is a great time to start working on your ad.  Be sure to contact us today to get started so that your ad is ready and you can claim your free advertising in January!

We look forward to working with you!
