Rear Adm. Matthew Nathan has assumed command of the Portsmouth Naval Medical Center. Nathan has a nack for service as at one of his last commands the facility earned the highest patient satisfaction ratings of any medium sized hospital in the system. Nathan can't complain of conditions at the hospital because his boss was the previous commander of the hospital. Although the hospital doesn't treat a lot of the war wounded it is quite busy delivering over 42050 babies last year and having 15,000 patients admitted. We wish him luck.

After my outstanding 20 March 2008 Annual Prostate exam with Dr. Bloom, I received a satisfaction survey/critique sheet from you.
I immediately and enthusiasticaly submitted the form, a small method of my appreciation for all the Urology Department's outstanding care and attention I have received these past 20-years.
Yesterday, while cleaning my home pool, I discovered the water-soaked envelope on the borrom of the pool.
This is my first attempt to correct my lack of response. A letter follows.
Very respectfully,
Louis Colbus
