I am currently working with clients that have been through every possible roadblock that could come up on their relocation to this area.  Yet, they remain unshaken.  They are constantly telling me that they are sorry that they are making me work so hard and they always greet me with a smile and remind me of how grateful they are that I am working so patiently with them.  These poor people have every reason to have a meltdown.  A mild tantrum maybe?  A grumpy remark occassionally? If they do, I have never seen it.  This family and others like them that I have met along the way, are a big reason why I love my job.  They look at life from the " glass half full" option.  They remind me that when I'm having a bad day-- to snap out of it and move forward with a smile- it will all work itself out.  I am so grateful for the opportunity in my life to meet and work with these types of wonderfully warm and caring people.

You must to be doing a great job, managing thier expectations and communicating at a high level. All said and done I bet they'll refer a lot of people to you then as well.
