This Week's Sold Seattle Waterfront Homes

Two Seattle waterfront homes were sold this past week, one with beach rights and the other with a true waterfront shoreline.

The first home is a Puget Sound view home in the Arbor Heights neighborhood of West Seattle. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was on the market for 5 months and dropped from a peak price of $489,000 to a final sale price of $375,000. The home has beach rights along with the water views, and was a short sale transaction.

The second sale was also in West Seattle, a home in Arroyo with 50 feet of Puget Sound shoreline. The property enjoys a large stone bulkhead along the sandy beach with nearly half an acre of land. The 4 bed, 3.5 bath house was on the market for less than two months, with an original list price of $1,163,250 and a final sale price of $1,075,000.
