Hello my friend Mimi! How are you doing this fine weekend?! It is a lovely area....with wonderful neighbors.....I live three blocks away! In my opinion there is nothing better then an established neighborhood and this one is a beautiful established area. I love it when the tree canopy shades the house and the streets...at least until I have to clean the downspouts! Have a good weekend my dear!
