Have you ever been out in this area? This was a manufactured home... At first when I talked to the owners about listing it... I just wasn't sure what was ahead... there are only a handful of lenders who will loan on a manufactured home.... but I knew that this area had views that you just couldn't get anywhere else. If you go out 290 West past the School in Dripping Springs... turn right on Martin street, from then on.. you are simply on country roads... you keep taking lefts at every chance you get.... once you get to a certain small hill... drive to the top... and BAM! Stop right there and pull over.... It looks as though you can see forever... the views are astounding! You should take the drive one day.... I promise you that you will be surprised....the directions that I gave you were more than sufficient... once you drive it and get to that hill.. you will KNOW that it is the place you are looking for. I'm not even going to try to show photos.... nothing compares to seeing the real thing... Once you visit the area, give me a call and we will find you a home...
