We agree that Long Grove is a gem. Those beautiful homes on huge lots would have $2 million+ price tags on the North Shore.

The expression a picture tells a thousand words was accurate when the early stone age realtor used smoke signals to announce a new listing on primitive social media networks. Did not work so great on windy days. But video has taken over the read read, or just an image or two. If you show the community with you narrating it, but off camera it gives the viewer a sense he or she is in the community. They are. Less agent, broker, more property, more local community is the key. The buyer is in a hurry, does not want banter, chit chat. Show me the property, let it talk, breathe, for the connection, engagement.
