Ahhh... Friday! And it is beautiful today with a great forecast for the weekend so I am really looking forward to hopefully getting to enjoy some time with my wife. Not sure what we will do but I would love to drive up and see my Dad. I will have to see what Robin's schedule is like. What are your big plans for the weekend?
Moving on to real estate news, NAR released their Pending Home Sales report yesterday. Whenever I hear Pending it makes me think someone is counting their chickens before they hatch. I just posted an article about this that you can check out at
