Charles.  Why would there be an issue???  The rebate is a gift from me post settlement.  Never an issue in the 12 years that I've given rebates to new home buyers.

Judi.  That's the builders model home in another location.  I know this subdivision though and about 1/3 of the lots have wooded backs.
