Jim, Hye Park in Mission Valley certainly has a lot to offer home buyers who seek the condominium lifestyle. It's a shame so many condo complexes are not FHA approved.
Jim - Another spectacular highlight of Mission Valley. All the best with the sales in Hye Park.

Steve — Mission Valley has areas of stable market, buyers' market, and sellers' market. Mainly it's related to location and the view of the valley/golf course/river/ocean. Those units with views are sellers' condos and those without are buyers' condos.
