Endre, Property taxes yes & plenty of them at this price point, but no income tax, so you save a percent a year of your income :)
Anita, Slowly but surely working our way through the area patio home communities. Still a number of them to go.
Heritage Point has newer construction which buyers so want BLiz...something that is missing in my area on the lower end...wonderful subdivision to market too...best of luck with it!
Ginny, It's a great development, and good to see Inverness wrap up their new construction. It will give some of the original owners a better opportunity to sell now that they're not going head to head with the builder. But if someone wants new construction, there are some other area patio home communities available for them.
Looks like The Reserves at Heritage Pointe has a lot perks if you are looking for an affordable patio home BLiz! Terrific community report!
Brenda, The tennis courts are a bit above what most communities offer, and mix in the convenient location and there's a lot going for this community!
