The Market Report below allows you to review the inventory and health of the Fontana real estate market by studying the number of listed and sold properties.

By comparing the number of sold properties to the new Fontana listings, you can determine if the Fontana real estate market inventory is increasing or decreasing. If the inventory is increasing, then it could be said that it is a Buyer's market. If the inventory is decreasing, then the Fontana real estate market could be a seller's market.
