Craig, that's quite a "switchboard" or service line you have there...I agree with Michael..."State of the Art"!!! By the way doesn't Michael look better these days...the water in Nashville must agree with him!
Only you could talk to multiple buyers at the same time and they would all completely understand everything that you said. You next step should probably be your own talk show or reality Real Estate show for North Carolina.
