when have you ever heard a kid say that?   Ever, well, I never did til this evening.  We were at a party that went out trick or treating.  My daughter the same little blue-eyed blonde that you see in my pic all dressed up in her princess outfit.  Yes, I will post a pic.

She and her mother hit about 20 houses and her little bag was nary filled with loot.  In fact, it barely just covered the bottom.  She looked at her mom, my lovely wife adasked if she could be done as she had enough cnady and too much candy makes her sick.  She has a sweet tooth like her daddy.  How could my wife argue with her.  So, they walked back to the house and I showed up a few moments later (I stayed home to mow the lawn real fast).  But, how many of us are like that.

We over do ourselves, trying to horde all these leads and when it comes right down to it we cannot service them all for one reason or another.  We don't have the systems in place to keep track of the all and they fall between the cracks.  They get mad at us for letteing them down.  I am taking this "off season" to get my systems in place and practice perfectly.  We can only be better with perfect practice.

Be smart and hand off if you feel that you are getting too much of a good thing make money that way instead of hording them all and maybe letting a few fall tween the cracks.

I need to wrap this up they are kicking me out of Barnes.

That's cute.  Although I would probably have said "One can never have too much candy!" but that's why I'm not the kid's parent

I agree, we have to have a system in place to follow up on all leads.  You never know, whether the lead is cold or hot, whether it will be your next sale.

Hello David,

I have been working on the same thing and trying out new ideas to help me. Some ideas I have kept and others have thrown into the candy bag to munch on later.

It's all in finding out what works best for you and your customers.
