The other day I posted about the Greater Knoxville Parade of Homes, and as part of my coverage, today I bring you the showcased home at The Village at Bearden. 
Worley Builders, Inc. provides affordable living in West Knoxville. The Village at Bearden is a small community, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Knoxville. Because there is only one entrance in and out, with sidewalks, it is a very family friendly neighborhood.
There are seven different models to choose from, ranging in base price (before options) of $110,900 to $147,900. The showcased home is the "Evansbrook" model, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with about 1260 square feet of living space.
