Oh, I know. The weather has been so incredibly bizarre this yr. I'm in DC now and it's chilly here.
Well the calender says it's October, so I guess some cool weather is expected. Beautiful shot as always.
I hat the cold temps but the boss doesn't want to move to a warmer climate so I guess I'll manage
Good Morning Michael, The chill is certainly in the air, but there's nothing frosty about your photo ~ It's calming ~ Have a good one!
I opened my windows last night, and loved it! Nice, and cool - down here, we don't ge a true Fall like I did up north, and I miss it!
Great photo, again. It got cold here last night, into the 40s. I'm with you - not ready at all!
We even had a cool evening down here in Southwest Florida. It was real nice. Not time for continuous cold yet. Enjoy your day!
Hi Michael - We dropped 20 degrees from yesterday. Great pictures.
Michael - it seems that always happens - we go from a hot summer right to near freezing temperatures. Where are the perfect 65 degree days perfect for hayrides, pumpkin picking and apple picking? BTW - there may be "scenes" like these, but none of us can capture them with our camera the way you can. Beautiful!
Good morning Michael, What a wonderful picture: maybe the my favorite of yours. It is too cold to quickly. Oh well, can't control it, so just go with it.
Michael, I am enjoying the October evenings and mornings, though it is a poor excuse for me to sleep in later.
Hi Michael~ As always, a breath taking photo!
I do have one question for you though... Can the real Michael Thornton please come back now? :)
Michael, It is chilly today! Love the photo as always. Have a great day.
Michael, That is a great photo! I am not looking forward to that time of year, regardless of how beautiful beautiful it is!
Michael, luv the photo and dipping temps.
Still have the windows open and the quilt on lol
Enjoy the day sir
Expect more of the same all week long Michael. Cooler weather is predicted for our region.
We had a beautiful day here in our area of Canyon Lake Texas. We even received an inch of rain this week, If it would stay just like this all year long that would be great. Cool mornings and mid 80's temperature. Sure beats those 100 plus degree days we had this summer.
Have a good week.
Most spectacular Michael. Looks like what I will be walking in tomorrow morning.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful photograph. October 2 was the coldest since 1939 in the DC Metro area. We've had the heat on for a couple of days.
Have an outstanding week and be sure to have your camera in hand to capture those special moments.

Good Morning Michael,
We are finally having cooler weather here in TX too but it's still in the high 90s and we're thankkful! it.
Just think how warm 40 degrees will feel a few months from now. Enjoy the weather, this may be as good as it gets for awhile.
Love your photographs and great post too!
