SHELTER CONCEPT MAKES GOOD SENSE CAVES IS HOW IT ALL STARTED

The only thing that doesn't come and go is REAL ESTATE and the reason we have so much trouble with it is because of what we "Mankind" brings to the party concerning it. Shelter is a simple idea that dates back to man crawling in a cave (first time cave buyer) and calling it his own. How hard is that to understand? It is when we try to sell that cave to someone else..

USED CAVES FOR SALE

Then, it becomes interesting. Would you buy a cave from someone (resale cave) if you wanted to live in the area? Sure. You would trade something for it and that trade establishes the value. Perhaps you would co-habit it with someone else and there is the rental value aspect of it. That person would have to bring in firewood or food once a week establishing a type of RENT creating the first income property cave

When we start getting creative or adding too much to this simple concept, we corrupt it. Let's break it down here.

1. Location: if the cave is located near a water source or a good hunting spot, we get value as opposed to caves that are not so prime...called rural caves. This causes people to claim their cave is better than yours
2. Caves located next to other caves does give one a sense of comfort and security...think condo caves here
3. If people occupying caves in the same area all decide to improve the roads leading up to their caves, then all benefit from it. Yet people from out of the area are not welcomed to use these roads. Only residents
4. Having caves next to each other makes the bartering system work better too. Here, we have the start of commercial caves and mixed use caves allowing one to have a business out of their home

FIRST TRUST DEEDS

Now, here is where it can get tricky...Someone comes up to you and wants give you free goods in exchange for a long term part share of your cave. If the details are not worked out, it can look like that person purchased your cave. Then, you become the victim of a cave foreclosure.

SECOND TRUST DEEDS

How about they give you goods and those goods perished and then they demand their goods back after a few months and you don't have it? They take the cave back by force and quickly resell it similar to a cave short sale while your neighbors gossip about how you shouldn't have moved into that cave or accepted things you didn't work for.

GET ONE AND STAY PUT

Look, get yourself a cave..modest cave. Over time, you can dig out certain parts of it creating additional space called rooms and separate spaces for cooking and hygiene when it is too cold to go outside. The first remodeled cave is born. Then, settle down and over time, something magical happens.....your cave becomes a castle and you become the King of that castle

HEY...IT AIN'T MUCH, BUT WE CALL IT HOME

Now, treat it for what it was intended...a place to come out of the rain, to stay in the same area and to ward off cold and heat...is that so hard to understand? That way, when  the next Real Estate cave cycle takes place, you wont find yourself in a .....CAVE-IN
