Real Estate and Sunday drivers, a deadly combination.

      Now you may not think the way people drive can compare to Real Estate but I beg to differ.

We all have seen and commented on the way people drive. We may have been the recipient of comments ourselves lol

  But think about it.

1) THE SPEEDERS ( a.k.a. fast lane)     

     These are the people that shoot in and out of the fast lane with little to no regard for you, the guy in front, behind or beside them.

 Finds their home home first time out and wants to pass yesterday, needs answer yesterday and wants to know why everyone is so slow and everything takes so long...............dam the system 

2) THE DO THE SPEED LIMIT ( middle lane)  

     These folks stay the course, stay in the middle , hit the breaks when the person in front of them is going 64 in a 65 mile an hour zone and will not move knowing they will get to their destination when they are suppose to and how they choose to.

  Knows what they want for the most part. Are very careful in their decision making and make sure their ducks are in a row . ALL OF THEM

                                           These are the ones most of us work with.

                                  And then there is my favorite.

3) The Sunday Driver ( Slow lane)                

    These folks and it does not matter what day it is are still looking for a parking spot from the Sunday drive they took.

They don'r realize that while they were out searching for that spot the world has and will continue to pass them by. They look, they hem and haw and then decide to keep looking.

 Now yes they eventually do find a space but at what cost. time, gas and phone calls won't get you into your dream house..............

                             SO HERE'S THE GAME PLAN

Try this, reach over to the left side of the steering wheel and there is an arm that controls the directional.............go ahead you can do it...................let the wait of your hand do it..................click it down and make the move. Look in the mirror,also located on the left side and slowly move to the middle lane.

Great job your there. Give it a little more gas. A little more................you did it !!!
