We live in The Shores and can't wait to see the sun rise over the lakes as we take our morning walk. There are 324 homes in the community and a large recreation center. Built by Kenco Communities in the mid-1990's, The Shores at Boca Raton has the amenities you expect in Boca's finest neighborhoods. An active homeowner's association and an on-site manager insure that The Shores continues to show its pride of ownership. Drive throught the manned entry gate and you'll see the lush tropical landscaping, tall palm trees, flowers and attractive street lighting.
Residents of all ages love 7,000 square-foot recreational, social and fitness center especially the heated pool and spa. Take a look at that sparkling pool and imagine swimming laps, bringing the kids for a fun-filled afternoon pool-side or an impromtu pizza party under the covered patio.

For such a small community, The Shores at Boca Raton really has an awesome fitness facility! After your workout, you can change in the locker room and unwind in the steam room, relax in the outdoor spa or take a swim in the heated pool.
For our youngest Shores residents, there is The Shores Kid's Club, a separate clubhouse stocked with toys and games, kid-sized furniture and its own kitchen, boy's and girl's rest rooms and a fenced-in playground. This is the perfect place for play dates and birthday parties.
But that's not all...there's also six lighted tennis courts and a basketball court. The Shores at Boca Raton residents participate in tennis leagues and outside instructors come to the tennis center to give lessons.
