Frisco Development
Frisco's area is roughly 1,100 acres and according to town numbers at the end of 2005, only about 45 acres, or 4% remain undeveloped. Subtracting the town's 9.4-acre panel that is currently undeveloped, there are only 35 acres left for new development.
Since January 1, 2006, some of the residential projects that are currently under construction, have been completed or are slated for development are as follows:
Sawmill Building at the corner of 2nd Avenue and Granite Street; plans are for 5 residential units.
Granite Courtyard on the north side of Granite, between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue includes 2 new single-family homes.
Bear's Den at the northwest corner of 6th Avenue and Granite Street includes 17 residential units, two of which will be deed-restricted.
Teller Crossing Luxury Townhomes at the corner of 3rd Avenue and Teller Street will include 4 units.
Marina Park on the north side of Summit Blvd. intersection with Main Street is adding 2 new connected buildings for a total of 12 more units.
Timberline Cove on the reservoir near Lakepoint Tower condos, a 30 unit development.
Pitkin Pines Townhomes on 2nd Avenue and Pitkin Street will consist of 4 units.
