Stop Foreclosure Atlanta Georgia! Facing Foreclosure and need to stop it? We can help. Click HERE for more info. When you fall behind on your mortgage payments, it is very important for you to talk to your lender. You may be able to work out a payment plan with your lend, so as to avoid foreclosure. One very important thing that you need to understand is that banks are in the business of lending money. They are absolutely not interested in owning your home. They make money when you make your mortgage payments. They lose money if they have to repossess your home. So they are very willing to work out a payment plan for you. We can help you talk to your bank. You may need to sell the home if they are not able to work out a payment plan with you. If you happen to owe a lot on your home, it may be difficult to sell it the conventional way in this market. We can help you negotiate a shortsale wih the bank. We are real estate professionals, and they will listen to you even more, if you have good professional help by your side. We can sell your home really fast because we keep a list of homebuyers who are ready to buy a home in the pre-foreclosure stage.

So why not just let the home go into foreclosure? A foreclosure will ruin your credit for at least 3-5 years, whereas a shortsale will have a much shorter impact on your credit. You may not be able to finance a home for the next 3-5 years, if you go into a foreclosure. However, you may be able to buy a new home in as little as 18 months even if you did a shortsale today. Need to stop the foreclosure process? Click HERE for more info.

I have been told, by an attorney, that an individual can sell their home, as long as it is closed prior to the Foreclosure Auction date posted on the Foreclosure notice? An individual who is being foreclosed on has to be given 3 - 4 months prior notice from their lender.
