I'm finding that things are picking up. I'm currently working with some very motivated buyers in the Arlington, Texas area, and within the next week or so I will be adding new listings in Coppell, Texas (a great townhome that will be available for lease!), Flower Mound, Texas (a terrific home that will be priced to sell quickly!), and Eagle Mountain Lake (a fabulous custom home in a golf course community!). Within the next month, an incredible buy in Mesquite, Texas should be added as well.
Buying activity is picking up, and it looks like sellers are ready to jump back into the market now!
As a proud member of the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce, I'm seeing firsthand the great diversity of the Dallas/Fort Worth economy. With the existing diversity further fueled by corporate relocations to the area, there is every reason to be upbeat!
