I was out showing a house last Thursday. The paint was highly personalized to put it mildly.
My clients have three young children. The youngest looks like he is around 5 years old.
He was running around looking things over, as he was headed into a room he said, "This is my room". As soon as he got in there and saw the wild paint job the very next word out of his mouth was "never-mind"
Out of the mouths of babes! Paint, people! Paint is cheap and reaps a HUGE return on investment!
Smart kid. The room must have been really awful, though, to get the kid's attention like that. Wow.
