A chip off the old block I'd say. We've had a lot of fun doing the same thing with our boys. It's a lot fun, but it could be rewarding....
Phillip: I didn't know Boyscouts sold popcorn! I don't see them around Sonoma....wish I did. Great shot of the boys!
Like Larry said, " a chip off the old block". The boy scouts kicked us out of our grocery store spot a couple of weeks ago as we were selling tootsie rolls for the Knights of Columbus. Good job
That is one proud young man! You can see the pride he has in what he accomplished. Congrats on the sales!
Phil - Congratulations to a fine young man! I know you are proud of him:)
Hi Phillip,
That is very impressive that he sold that much popcorn. The Boy Scouts is a wonderful organization and teach the boys important techniques. The boys grow up to be sucessful and ethical adults. I was a Girl Scout and a Leader for about 6 years. I think the boys do more fun things than the girls.
Have a great week.
Wow, that's a lot of popcorn! As a Scoutmaster, tell him I'm proud!
Did Ben Franklin invent popcorn too?
You have to love Boyscouts (and girlscouts) because they hear no very often and they stick with it. No is just another word in the English language. They dont get beat up about it, they just move on to the next prospect.
Haha. John's comment has me laughing. Prospect...that's good. If they took it as serious as us they might not have the success they enjoy. I know personally that I can't tell them no. They show up at my door and they are so cute I just have to buy something for them.
I was (is) a boy scout and that looks like a big sale from a nice person that wanted to buy some stuff!
Cutest kids ever! AND with money in hand!!! Love the boyscout's carmel corn, buy a couple cans every year from our neighbor's kids. :D
