The total number of single family  properties sold in Reno from January 1, 2007 to October 28, 2007 was 2,712 properties.  The average price for the 2,712 properties sold is $374,006.  The median price for the 2,712 properties sold is $292,500.  The average days on the market was 126.

The total number of single family properties sold in Sparks from January 1, 2007 to October 28, 2007 was 955 properties.  The average price for the 955 properties sold is $298,728.  The median price for the 955 properties sold is $279,000.  The average days on the market was 119.
