Have you ever felt like you have the weight on your shoulders and you can't handle anymore.  Well, you're not alone.  Right now there are more than 4200 homes that require lender approval or are lender owned.  That's a lot of people going through some rough times.  I'd like to say that I can save everyone's home but the fact is in some situations it is more beneficial for the homeowner to file bankruptcy.  Lately, I have run into too many people trying to take advantage of foreclosures, short sales and pre foreclosures

People think by lowballing a home they are getting a great deal.  What they don't realize is they with several others like them are destroying the value of homes across the valley.  Not only that but in some cases they are destroying someone's future.  Put yourself in the seller's situation...you owe more than you sell your home for, you have no money and now you have a lien on all future moneys by the IRS that issued a 1099c for the deficiency on your loan.  Sounds bleak doesn't it

Always...Always talk to you tax consultant first along with a bankruptcy attorney.  If you need more information don't hesitate to contact me.  I don't know all the answers but I know where to find the answers.
