I have been reading a lot of posts these past few days about what AR has brought to you and your business. In my case, it had brought great new relationships, a lot of fun reading and writing, better placement on search engines and a lot of other wonderful things that although I am forever greatful and it was more that I expected, it seemed a little bit "out there". I don't mean out there like crazy, but out there like untouchable... Eventhough I spend hours on AR posting and reading comments, I feel like I know some of you blog addicts, I spent an hour on the phone the other day with Jeff Belonger, who by the way has been so nice to me since I joined and whose posts are great, but it still seemed somewhat intangible.
Well, today, AR brought me out of the blogosphere to meet a "real human being"... A few days ago, Neal Bloom, a local Realtor member of AR, found me and my husband on AR and sent us an invitation to one of his broker's opens in our area (Dania Beach,fl). We stopped by today and as soon as he sees us walk through the door he says "I know you, you are my firends from AR". We were originally going to just see the house and be out of there because we had a ton of things to do at the office, but we ended up staying there for over an hour talking about different things, and time just flew by. It was so great to be able to bring "down to earth" a relationship that had been created out there in the blogosphere, that I just wanted to share with all of you that THAT IS WHAT AR HAS DONE FOR ME!
