Interesting Facebook Changes to Company Pages

Real Estate Agent with RealtyPlug

As I’m sure you’ve probably hear by now, Facebook is coming out with more changes.  Although, this time, they seem to be much more than just tweeks, and they’re happening fast.

If you’re using a company page as part of your real estate marketing campaign, one change you’ll find interesting is that you're now told how many of your friends have worked there. In the present and past tense, which Facebook makes confusing with their wording… and makes it confusing when you’re an agent/broker marketing yourself in a company page.

If anyone has any questions about using Facebook as part of your online real estate marketing campaign, shoot me an email.  I'd be glad to help in any way possible.

If you don't yet have your listings, and a property search on your Facebook page... what are you waiting for?  You can easily add them using RealtyPlug.

Best of luck with the new changes!

Facebook seems so picky, always changing, never satisfied with what it has. I noticed the change when it showed a few friends on the side, I thought it meant that these were the people who liked my page and got a bit worried. Are there other changes as well?

Thank you for the info on Realty Plug.  I was not aware of it, but will check it out.  I keep thinking about FB Suicide but haven't made the leap yet.  Still too vital, but I sure don't like it anymore . . .
