I find this graph to be so informative not only in terms of financing types but the total volume of transactions is interesting as well for the past year and a half. Amazing also is the number of cash transactions. Cash is King!
As a mortgage professional I am always asked; "what % of the market is FHA, VA or Jumbo Mark?"
Well it seems that information and getting it updated month by month was very difficult. Until now, and thanks to my good friend Tina Tamboer - a concept, an idea for data is now a reality.
