Dane County condo sales expected to be lower in October

Dane County condos sales were higher in September compared to September of 2010. Our September condo report will be published in about a week.

Our latest Dane County pending condos sales report suggests condo sales in October will decrease from the sales levels of October 2010. Check out the details in the report linked above.

Endless Summer Realty - Saint Augustine, FL

We were higher in Saint Augustine Florida this Sept also but we have had higher sales all year long so I am hoping that it will not affect our Oct numbers. We are just going into our season and so I feel that those that have already pulled their $$ out of the stock market will be ready to buy this fall/winter season!
