 I have not been in contact with all of you for awhile, many changs have taken place in my life; business

and personal. I'm still remain a licensed NJ. state mortgage Broker, at present however; I'm Licensed NY. State

Resident Life Insurance Agent/Broker, and I'm a Licensed NJ. State Life Insurance Agent, I'm contracted with

Foresters and Genworth Financial, and I provide Life and Mortgage Insurance protection products from my home.

At present, I can provide 50,000.00 20 year level term life Insurance policy for 30-40.00 a month premium, on

the average. And mortgage protection Insurance product's with return of premium, and disibilty riders as well.

The purpose also of this blog is to request referrals as well. As soon as my new business get's off the ground,

I will also request a realtor, for a new home to move my family into. I'm trying to obtain this as soon as
