Whistler real estate new listings and sales for Oct 4

We had 33 new listings, 16 Sales and 35 Price reductions in Whistler this past week. This compares to last week’s numbers which saw 24 new listings, 16 sales and 40 price reductions.

I would draw your attention to a new listing that Lisa & I have brought on in Alpine Meadows. This is a 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home with a 1 bedroom rental suite.
