As I continue along the Parade of Homes, I'd like to show you Greendale, the showcase model at Ivy Bridge ($192,900). This model home has 2254 square feet of living space in two stories, and is a Smithbuilt Homes.
Ivy Bridge is situated a short distance off of Oak Ridge highway, and a family friendly neighborhood. The ever popular one entrance in and out, is found here. From the information packet, it appears there are only 53 total lots, so you know you have a nice sized community and yet a good chance to meet your neighbors.
So, back to Greendale, the showcase home. As you can see from the picture, the kitchen has a nice workable layout. No being a contortionist reaching between the refrigerator and the stove top. And, there is plenty of counter space! As I had visited on a mostly cloudy day, I found that the breakfast area still had great natural light.
The main floor is hardwood, and, yes, there is a gas fireplace.The half bath downstairs is bigger than a closet, which is great for those of us that are on the tall side, if you get my drift! (You will see this again as I continue through the Parade Homes)
The 3 bedrooms, bonus room and stairs are carpeted. I bet when you take a look around upstairs you will find plenty of closet and storage space. I'm sure you're hoping for some photos, but I have to leave something for you to discover!
Smithbuilt Homes offers plenty of options and features to choose from at Ivy Bridge. If the layout of Greendale doesn't quite fit your needs, they do offer several other plans. But, I have to say, on a nice warm evening, it would really be nice sitting on a chair on the covered porch. I'd be happy to show you that porch.
