The average active (for sale) price in August 2011 was down .9% from last year.  The average sale price in Westerville was up 3.1% from a year ago and up 6.3% from July 2011.

Westerville homes - neighborhoods

Uptown Westerville and neighborhoods south, east and west of it are in Franklin County.  Many of the newer housing developments in the City of Westerville and the Westerville school district are in Delaware County.
