The RESA Dallas Chapter is proud to join MetroTex to offer a 2 hr MCE credit home staging course exclusively for Realtors called;

Real Estate Staging 101: The Realtor's Guide to Real Estate Staging.

This course will be offered through the education department of Metrotex and taught by one of the RESA Dallas Chapter approved instructors. Registration may be done online or in person the day of the class (see flyer below for details)

I am excited to annouce that as the RESA Texas State President I will be teaching the first offering on October 26th, 2011 from 10 AM to 12 Noon!

Hi Teral! Thank you for checking it out, RESA Dallas is an affilate member of MetroTex and worked with the Professional Development group to get the class offered via the education department. Is there someone in CCAR that I would reach out to to see if they'd like to have this class as well? It's 2 MCEs and chock full of info on staging, stats and why it's necessary.

Hi Ginger, I'm anticipating it to be a great class! This is the RESA approved course for MCE's and in Dallas we tweaked it even more with Shell's assistance & approval. I believe it will be of great value to Realtors who attend.
