Jim,
It looks like Creekwood at River Run has it covered. After reading your blog for sometime I just noticed how conveniently located ALL of your communities are.
Good speed with your sales,
Steve
Very lovely landscaped green areas and good attention to making this feel like such an inviting place to live. Excellent information Jim!
Jim,
You have your condo report down to almost a science. Good pictures mixed with data and information about the community. A little of everything depending on who the consumer is you have provided enough to get their interest so they will call or E-mail you.
These days I am with you as far as the "Lazy Gardener" concept. My other half loves to work in the garden but she does not have enough time as there are always too many other things to do. Since my thyroid died about 8 years ago I don't have the energy to work two jobs and garden. I can see just by reading his blogs your other half works constantly. Frankly I am not sure how he does everything he does in any given day. Just all the AR stuff is a huge load let alone anything else. I know he uses voice recognition software but still.. I need to try that software one of these days. You folks are lucky that you live in San Diego and go to the zoo and all the other great places to see great gardens/flowers. Y'all have a great day and evening.
Gosh Jim, I just love how vibrant each of your posts look! Great job!
Just stopping by to check in on your Mission Valley condos series.
Thanks to those who have stopped by and left a comment.
I’ll read through all of the comments to see if any of them need a specific response. If so, I’ll respond below this comment. I’ll be by your blogs soon to do some reading and commenting.

Steve — I got started in real estate in May 2005, just a couple of months after the market peaked. That was one reason why I decided to specialize in Mission Valley. There are nothing but condos, and condos are usually less expensive than houses, giving me a market that the general populace could still afford if the market collapsed, like it did. Mission Valley is holding its own, though.
Robert — It took me about 18 months and going through these 39 condo communities three times before I finally got it down to a science. Now it takes just minutes to update a community and about 45 days to go through all 39 communities.
