Problems are a Fact of Life

“Problems are not stop signs,

they are guidelines.

Robert H. Schuller, author

As I see it . . . . . . .

Problems are a fact of life

At one time or another we all have to face the problems that come into our lives. The problems can have the potential of becoming overwhelming or merely a blip on the meter.

How you address a problem becomes critical in successfully resolving the conditions that you encounter.

You attitude has a significant impact on how you view a problem and in what steps you’ll take to successfully resolve it.

When a problem is viewed as overwhelming a person can become paralyzed by what they perceive as the sheer size of the problem. Break a big problem down into manageable pieces and work on the most important pieces first.

In breaking a big problem down into smaller pieces you’re able to take what seemed to be overwhelming and manage your efforts to create a number of successes outcome in the smaller pierces.

With a persistent effort and time you will create successful forward momentum and by breaking a big problem down and in managing the small pieces. As you do you will resolve the big problem one small pierce at the time.

Problems are fact of life, how you manage them makes all the difference.

Hi Lou, we definitely should not allow problems to stop us from achieving our goals although we may have to take a different route to get there.

Absolutely, Lou.  It's often overwhelming when we take the problem head on.  As you said, it's best to break it down.  Good advice!
