I have been living in Lake Tahoe for the past 14 years and have loved every minute of it!! Lake Tahoe offers infinite possibilities for all those who come to admire her beauty!!! I am currently working with Dickson Realty in South Lake Tahoe. My wife Tisha along with my two kids, Taylor 11 and Zennon 6, are the biggest passions in my life. Recently I have completed Real Estate's most comprehensive new home sales course to earn a National Designation (CNHS) as a CERTIFIED NEW HOME SPECIALIST. With this designation, I join a group of the most successful and highly respected individuals in the profession of Real Estate for New Construction and Remodeled Homes.
I have also just received an e-PRO designation, which contains a certification that recognizes your Realtor,Travis Chatwin, as one of the top performers in the world of the Internet. E-PRO is the official technology certification program of the National Association of Realtors. The program instructs the participants in the professional use of email, the development of an interactive Web Site, and the use of online research tools. Graduates use the skills they have acquired to provide clients information on properties for sale, local communities and the Real Estate market. I find that the technological expertise I have gained through e-PRO saves my clients time and money to find that perfect home.
In July of 2006 I have been awarded the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation by the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. The name Travis Chatwin joins more than 16,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older. SRES Council, founded in 2007, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing senior clients in real estate transactions. There are more than 16,000 active members of the organization world-wide.
My proudest moment came when I received the prestigious CRS desgination. My CRS designation has been awarded in the month of January 2005. My continuing education towards one of my highest achievements has come true. I have become an honored CRS affiliate, the Certified Residential Specialists. The Certified Residential Specialist is a credential that will be an honor to have and recognized around the world. I am very excited to join the elite group of realtors who have continued their education to provide the best service to their clients. I strongly believe that my continuing education is the forefront of success for my clients in achieving their goals in Real Estate. I will provide you the most up to date facts and a criterion which is crucial is today's market.
