Are You Serious About Your Business? Then Get Ready For 2012
What you do right now - between today and December 31 will determine what you will do in 2012. If you wait until January 1 to plan your first quarter, you will be playing catch-up all year. Well, I'm making the assumption here that you wnt to increase in 2012 what you did in 20111.
There are many easy to use business plans available to get you on track, I just wanted to through out a couple of things that I'm going to be working on in the next couple of days in preparation.
1. Looking @ my systems: Buyer, seller and lead generation systems. How do I have them tied into my contact management system/data base? How am I managing those systems? Are they working for me? Am I working them?
2. Who am I accountable too? Who knows my goals and checks on me to make sure I'm hitting them? I need to be telling someone who I can trust will kick me in the butt if I get lazy and slack off from doing what needs done to get those goals met.
3. What is my web strategy? Is it working? Am I working it? What do I need to do better to get better quality performance out of my web presence?
So I'm serious about my business and I'm getting ready for 2012. Those are some basic things I know, but they will keep me very busy over the next few days and I'll attack the rest of the plan next week. I woke up this morning with these words in my head: Results don't produce results - actions produce results!
