This experience has been most pleasant. Jeff and his staff constantly 'under promise and over deliver'. The support is excellent within his office and throughout the Realtor world. We communicate our questions and concerns and they are immediately addressed. If a Realtor is making a choice about improving their business, getting continual training in their business, a concern or question, I can think of no better place to be a member of. There are great educators in our field, but Jeff has implemented a product that we can access 24/7 and get answers not only from him, his staff, but all of the Realtors that are members. We are getting the information from the people in the trenches, not just the 'you can do it'encouragement.

I am a member of the Top Agent Toolbox and I have found that the system is full of marketing ideas and resources that you can easily follow and implement in your own business. I have implemented some of systems and I have seen results. Everything you need to implement the systems can be found within the Top Agent Toolbox. The Top Agent Toolbox allows you to interact with other Top Agents thru the messages boards, it is amazing the amount of information that is shared on the post. If you are a new agent or a seasoned agent, it doesn't matter, there is something for everyone on the Top Agent Toolbox that will benefit their business and help them grow to the next level. I highly reccommend the Top Agent Toolbox!

If I Could Give 10 Stars, I Would!

I have participated with several of the trainers on this site. While they all have something to offer, none can compare with Jeff Wilhems and Top Agent Tool Box. TATB is the real estate business in a box. This is the only training I'm aware of that is the product and result of a current real estate business. TATB is for the realtor that just received his license as well as the the realtor that has been in the business for 20 years. This training will inspire you, instruct you - heck, it lays it out for you! The price for what you get is rediculous - you get so much more than other programs that cost thousands of dollars. I recommend this training to anyone serious about growing their business.

Jeff beats other trainers hands down!

I am a current member of Top Agent Tool Box and it is the best investment I have ever made. In the short time I have been a member I have learned more from Jeff than all the thousands I have spent in the past on personal coaching and other training programs. The community boards are the first real sharing I have seen in this industry. The scripts and dialogs are real time practiced in today's real estate market. Not like the other programs that teach theory from 30 years ago. This is real life, NOW. I highly recommend that you attend one of Jeff's seminars or just join the group.

The Best Trainer I Have Ever Learned From!

I recently attended a seminar that was given by Jeff Wilhems from Top Agent Institute. I have to say it was absolutely the best seminar I have ever attended. Jeff puts things into real life situations and is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best at delivering a proper scripts and dialogues for sellers. In all my travels and attending most every major training seminar for real estate agents around the country Jeff's program was far and away the best I've ever seen. Hello All, I am a very blunt person and when I say Jeff is the best I mean it!!! He has helped me more than anyone I know and he lives on the other side of the country! By years end 50 of the deals that we close in my opinion Jeff is responsible for! Jeff is above nothing he will get on the phone and help anyone and he truly cares and is passionate about helping people grow their business! I know that Top Agent Tool Box will grow into a complete monster! In fact I am willing to bet that it will be the biggest couching program out there in a few years!
