" Classic, authentic, wood smoked Memphis style Barbecue.  The Pig Iron is a traditional southern barbecue that dry cures, ages and slow smokes meat.  Cooked over hardwood at low temperatres, the meat has a signature pink smoke ring, and is tender enough to pull apart."
