We are actively seeking capital from investors secured by real estate in Arizona with expected 30% + return on in-vestment paid quarterly. Investment objective is to provide members with current income and capital appreciation by making direct and indirect investments in real estate located in Arizona. Then resell the real estate to investors and owner occupied buyers (retail buyers) or lease to tenants. We are not dependent upon real estate market price increases. You can be as active as you want.
