The sales in Academy School District 20 remained fairly steady from August to September. Average sales price remained about the same with median sales price decreasing 4.5% while days on market decreased 16%. With the summer selling season over, the number of new listings decreased 5.5% and active listings decreased 9%.
From one year ago, the number of solds increased 13%, average sales price increased 2.4% and median sales price increased 7%.
Absorption rate, the number of months it would take to sell off the current inventory at the current rate of sales, is just above 6 months.
