Interest rates today are under 4% for a 30 year fixed? Come on folks - you really gotta make a move, this "perfect storm" can't last forever. Good reminder Rebekah.

Rebekah - it is a great time to buy or better yet refinance for those who own a home. I cannot believe how many people would not even make an effort to even talk to a mortgage company.

Yes we do John.  We need to keep shouting it from the mountaintops until buyers start to hear it!

come on folks is right Debb!  The rates won't stay low forever and we're certainly seeing that daily with all of the volatility in the market.

It is surprising isn't it Mike that so many people are still sitting on the fence.  Especially as you pointed out those that already own a home and could benefit from refinancing.

WOW Dale - that is incredible but it's the same story I'm seeing time and again.  In fact, as a team, we've never refinanced so many people from a 30 to 15 year in our careers.
