We all knew it would happen, real estate in Prosper Texas near HWY 380 is now officially on fire!

Last week the searchMLS.TV tour visited several communities around Prosper and Frisco and it is happening! While California and Florida are in a declining real estate market, several communities along Highway 380 continue to show strong signs of real estate appreciation.

Artesia is our pick of the week. Centex is bold to develop a mega community with all of these amenities in Prosper. They are planning about 1500 total homes over the next several years. So far, Centex is the only builder in the community and at the pace that they are closing homes it may stay that way.

The location of Artesia provides easy access to Highway 380, Highway 289 Preston Road, and the Dallas Parkway (tollroad). Frisco is on the opposite side of Highway 380. Dallas Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones acquired large acreage on highway 380 within miles of Artesia in Prosper.
